Matt Pech
RFV Founder
Ruck for Veterans is committed to bringing awareness to veteran issues most are unaware of. Here is some information about our founder/ Executive Director, Matt also known as Charlie One. Matt served in the Army the last 15 years, 12 of those years on a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA). On the ODA he served as the Senior Engineer, Advanced Demolitions Specialist, Master Breacher, Breaching Instructor, Sniper, Technical Intelligence Specialist, and Range Master.
During that time Matt experienced nine deployments, four of which were combat rotations to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Besides that, in the last two years Matt has begun throwing fundraisers and charity events aimed at raising money for Veterans.
Best of all, he is a father to two amazing children.
