8TH ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY RUCK @0830

Service Description

Join us in our 8th Annual Memorial Day Ruck on June 1st, 2024. This will be our Bi-annual five-mile community ruck. Children and pets are welcome! With your entry purchase, you will receive a custom t-shirt and two raffle tickets (for generic raffle). Sponsors will be donating different items for the Ruck for Veterans after-party raffle. Check-in begins at 7:00 AM and our event will start at 8:30 AM sharp. Note that this year step off and the after party will be held at the VFW Post 2828, 1000 N Catalina Redondo Beach, CA 90277, so we advise showing up early to ensure parking, as we expect this to be our biggest event yet! Once on-site, check in with our Ruck for Vets team and get your t-shirt (Sizes will be based on what you noted in checkout and are first come first serve). Shortly after, our event will begin. Note that this year we will not be in the sand so all wagons and strollers are welcome! Post Ruck, we will have a celebratory event at VFW Post 2828 (same place as event check in). Here we will have guest speakers, food, drinks, vendors, an auction, and a raffle event. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Anyone who participated in the ruck will get discounted raffle tickets .Stay and celebrate with us! ***New this year - For our high dollar raffle items, we will be doing a grab bag with $1-$100 raffle tickets.
